1000 Islands Airboats is the Eastern Canadian Distributor for Airboat Drive Units.
The belted reduction drive is designed to mount to a common automobile engine with the propeller attaching to the drive unit. The drive unit allows the automobile engine to turn up to its maximum efficient rpm's while maintaining the appropriate tip speed of the propeller.
